1. How do I find what I'm looking for on this
website?
Well, if you know the name (like Scrabble) or the manufacturer (say, Milton
Bradley), then simply type it in the search bar at the top left hand corner of
our website, and click the "search" button. Then it will list all the
games matching that search. You can also search by
Manufacturer, Item Number, Ages, Players, etc. Then just click on any one of those game titles to see
more details about it, including pictures, descriptions, ages and players,
awards it has won, etc.
Or if you are looking for a certain kind of game, you can browse through any of the categories listed down the left hand side. You can just click on a category to browse through some of the featured games in that category and choose from subcategories to browse. Then click on a particular game for more details. games that you can send me?
Well, we did. We published a Fall 2003 catalog, but it was way too
costly, so we have not published another one. The website is the
complete resource for all 1000+ of our games.

unsatisfied with your purchase, you can ship a game back to us, and we will
quickly refund the complete amount of the game. Total customer satisfaction is

7. How much will it cost to ship a game to…?
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING for all orders over $50.
Our website is setup for shipping to anywhere in the US, as well as 93 countries
around the globe. Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items in
your shopping cart, and the shipping destination. For standard US shipping,
there is a minimum shipping charge of $4.50 for orders under $50.
Expedited delivery will obviously
cost more. For an estimate of shipping costs, add the
item(s) to your shopping cart, and then just above the quantity, click the link
to estimate the shipping costs.
If you want to see exactly how much shipping will be, add the items to your shopping cart, and proceed through the checkout process. After you enter the billing and shipping information, it will present you with your shipping options and prices. If you wish to place the order, just continue through the checkout. If you don't wish to order, then don't continue through the checkout process. Until you enter your payment information and click the final submit button, no orders are sent to us. So don't worry about changing your mind. It's no problem!

8. How soon can I receive my order?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, USA.
Unless you choose the Top Priority Processing for $1.99 during checkout, it can
take up to three business days for your order to leave our warehouse.
If you choose the Top Priority Processing and it is before 3:00 pm ET, we will
get your order shipped that same day, after that it will go out the next
business day.
For most US orders, you can choose from:
* There are a few extremely rural areas in the most remote parts of the country in which DHL cannot deliver with overnight service. If you fear this may apply to you, please call our customer service line at (800) 233-1720 and ask them to check if your zip code qualifies for an overnight delivery.
For orders to Hawaii, Alaska:
At this time we only offer DHL 2-Day and Overnight service.
For International orders (including Canada):
At this time we only offer DHL Worldwide Expited service, which takes 1 to 5 business days.

9. I'm looking for a specific game that's not listed
on your website. Can you get it for me?
Although Board Games Express has the largest selection of games anywhere in the
world, we certainly can't have every game ever made. One limitation is that we
only carry games that are currently available from the manufacturers. So, if
you're looking for the original 1930's edition of Clue, we would suggest
checking at www.eBay.com or some other online auction site.
Often times, a customer will call us about a game that they can't find, and after talking with her, we realize that the game now has a new name and we do have it, or there's a game that we do have that is almost exactly the same, but by a different manufacturer. So please don't hesitate to email or call our game experts if you need assistance.

Glad you asked! Board Games Express was started in December of 1999 by Erik
Szabo and his wife Kristi. Both of them are Pennsylvania certified teachers, and
both love playing games. They use games in their classrooms to teach, and love
to play games with their friends and families. They brought laughter and fun
everywhere they played. Their vision for this company is not that of a typical
retail store. Board Games Express was created for spreading joy rather than
solely for making a profit. And because of this passion for entertainment, Board
Games Express has emerged as the premiere board game and card game store in the
universe. To ensure that you can find the games you will enjoy the most, we
currently have over 800 different board games and card games in stock, and we're
adding more every day. We are proud to say that we have people on staff who have actually played
almost every single one of our games. We have more information about our games than any other

11. I've invented a board game. Can you help me
market or produce it?
Although we provide many services to the gaming community, we do NOT
manufacture, produce, distribute, market or design any games. We sell games that
are already on the market, we recommend games, we play games, and we offer lots
of information about games. That's what we do, and we do it rather well (if we
do say so ourselves). For more information about producing or designing your own
games, follow the link below, and we suggest you contact some of the game manufacturers and ask them for
advice. It's not that we don't want to help you, but they can help you much more
